IPG Mediabrands was the media investment and innovation arm of Interpublic Group (IPG). Following Omnicom’s acquisition of IPG (completed November 26, 2025), IPG Mediabrands was retired as a parent structure and its agencies — including UM, Initiative, and Mediahub — moved into Omnicom Media. IPG Mediabrands no longer operates as an independent media group; its capabilities were absorbed into Omnicom Media, the media division of Omnicom Group.
