About

One of the world's largest media and digital marketing networks, operating as a top-five global agency group before rebranding to Dentsu International in 2020.

Dentsu Aegis Network was formed in 2013 following Dentsu Inc.'s acquisition of Aegis Group, bringing together a powerful portfolio of specialist agencies under a single network umbrella. Headquartered in London, the network encompassed some of the most recognized names in media, digital, and creative services, including Carat, iProspect, Vizeum, Isobar, 360i, McGarrybowen, and Posterscope, among others. At its peak, it operated across more than 145 countries with tens of thousands of employees, making it one of the largest marketing communications groups in the world. The network was structured around distinct agency brands, each with specialized capabilities spanning media planning and buying, performance marketing, digital transformation, data analytics, and creative services. Carat served as its flagship media agency, while iProspect led in digital performance marketing and Isobar focused on digital experience and commerce. This multi-brand model allowed Dentsu Aegis Network to serve large multinational clients with integrated, cross-channel marketing solutions at global scale. In 2020, Dentsu Group undertook a major restructuring initiative, consolidating its international operations under a simplified brand architecture. Dentsu Aegis Network was rebranded as Dentsu International, eliminating the 'Aegis' name entirely and aligning the international business more closely with the parent Dentsu Group identity. The constituent agency brands were subsequently reorganized into integrated service lines under the Dentsu International umbrella, marking the end of the Dentsu Aegis Network era.
