Mike Dean is President of Ampersand (since February 2024), the Comcast/Charter/Cox TV-advertising joint venture. He previously led Technology, Media & Telecommunications at Deloitte and held advanced-advertising leadership roles at Paramount (SVP, Advanced Advertising) and Disney ABC Television Group (VP, Advanced & Programmatic Advertising).
