Bio

Jim Wilson is the chief executive officer of Madhive, the AI-driven technology platform built for modern television advertising with a focus on empowering local media broadcasters. He joined Madhive as president in 2024 and was named CEO in October 2025, following the company’s investment from Goldman Sachs and its 2024 acquisition of Frequence. A media-and-technology executive with more than 20 years scaling and transforming businesses, Wilson previously built Talon’s North American operation as its CEO and chaired the board of AMI Entertainment. Earlier he founded Premion (TEGNA’s local-CTV platform), scaled TouchTunes into a digital out-of-home network, and led Atari’s turnaround. He currently chairs the board of GSTV and is a director at Audacy. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from Loyola University Maryland, and resides in New York City.
