Tal Chalozin

Tal Chalozin is best known as the technical architect behind Innovid, one of the AdTech industry's most significant independent CTV ad serving and measurement platforms. As Co-Founder and CTO, he has spent nearly two decades building the infrastructure that enables major brands and agencies to deliver, personalize, and measure video advertising across connected TV and streaming environments. His work has been foundational to the industry's shift away from traditional linear TV toward data-driven, addressable digital video advertising. Chalozin co-founded Innovid in 2007 with a vision to transform how video advertising was delivered and experienced. Under his technical leadership, the company pioneered interactive video ad formats, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and cross-platform CTV measurement — capabilities that became increasingly critical as streaming consumption exploded. Innovid went public on the NYSE in December 2021 under the ticker CTV, a milestone that validated the company's position as essential infrastructure for the modern TV advertising ecosystem. The company serves many of the world's largest advertisers and has built deep integrations across major streaming platforms and DSPs.
