Mike Woosley has held senior leadership roles spanning both advertising technology and science policy, most recently serving as a Glenn T. Seaborg Congressional Science & Engineering Fellow with the American Nuclear Society in the office of U.S. Senator Chris Coons in 2025, where he focused on nuclear and energy science policy. Prior to that fellowship, he served as President and later COO of Lotame, a leading AdTech firm. Woosley holds a Ph.D. in nuclear engineering, and his career reflects a rare combination of deep technical expertise and executive leadership across both the private and public sectors.
