About

Award-winning creative technology studio known for immersive digital experiences; now absorbed into Monks (formerly MediaMonks) as part of S4 Capital's global production network.

Jam3 was a Toronto-based digital design and production studio founded in 2000, celebrated for crafting award-winning interactive experiences, campaigns, and digital products for some of the world's most recognizable brands. The studio built a strong reputation in the creative technology space, earning numerous Cannes Lions, FWA, and Webby Awards for its innovative blend of design craft and technical execution. Clients included Google, Netflix, Adidas, and PlayStation, among others, positioning Jam3 as one of North America's premier creative studios. In March 2021, Jam3 joined MediaMonks — the digital production arm of Sir Martin Sorrell's S4 Capital — as part of an aggressive global acquisition strategy to consolidate top-tier creative and production talent under one roof. The acquisition brought Jam3's approximately 200 employees and its deep expertise in interactive storytelling, WebGL, and immersive digital experiences into the MediaMonks network. The studio initially continued to operate under the Jam3 name as a recognized brand within the MediaMonks family. Following S4 Capital's broader rebranding initiative, MediaMonks unified its portfolio of acquired studios under the singular 'Monks' brand in July 2024. As a result, the Jam3 brand was retired and its capabilities, talent, and client relationships were fully folded into Monks. Today, the work and expertise that defined Jam3 lives on within Monks, which operates as a global content, data, and media services company serving enterprise brands worldwide.
