Angi Inc. (NASDAQ: ANGI) is a home-services marketplace connecting homeowners with service professionals. It was formed when ANGI Homeservices — the 2017 merger of Angie's List and HomeAdvisor — rebranded to Angi in March 2021, and spun off from IAC as an independent public company in 2025. The former HomeAdvisor consumer brand was consolidated under Angi.
