Pennsylvania Sets Rules For AI Transparency In Advertising

Pennsylvania has joined a small number of states that have passed bills containing AI disclosure requirements for advertisers, the state’s Pasenate site reports. The bill is expected to be signed by Governor Josh Shapiro. “This legislation sets a commonsense transparency standard so Pennsylvanians can make informed decisions about what they are buying, while still allowing businesses to take advantage of this technology,” Pisciottano said.
