glomex is a video marketplace that supplies publishers with licensed video content, syndication and monetization services. ProSiebenSat.1 Media agreed in October 2026 to sell it to the Munich video infrastructure company 3Q, with closing expected in the first quarter of 2027. It will stay a separate brand led by Managing Director Lars Friedrichs.
