3Q is a Munich-based European video infrastructure company, founded in 2009, that provides streaming, OTT and FAST-channel technology to more than 1,000 business customers, including publishers and media companies. Its platform lets publishers run pre-, mid- and post-roll video ads through VAST ad tags. In October 2026 it agreed to buy the video marketplace glomex from ProSiebenSat.1, with closing expected in the first quarter of 2027.
